CDJR's Journey into Electrification
The transition to electric vehicles didn't happen overnight. It's the culmination of years of research, development, and big investments by parent company Stellantis into electrification.
First, it's important to understand the Stellantis connection. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram are iconic American brands now united under one global automotive group. Stellantis was formed in 2021 through the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Groupe PSA, which allowed brands like CDJR to share resources and technology (such as the electric vehicle STLA platform.)
Stellantis recently committed to a $35.5 billion investment towards electrifying its vehicles. And all four manufacturers will benefit from it.
So, what does this mean for each brand? Here's a closer look:

Anticipation of Upcoming Hybrid and Electric Models
The future is looking bright for CDJR's new hybrid and electric models. We're excited about what's to come. A few highlights have us revving with anticipation!
Here's what we have to look forward to in the next couple of years:

Next-Gen Dodge Charger
The next-generation Dodge Charger is
hailed as the world's only electric muscle car. Yet, it still embodies the
essence of American muscle. As Dodge puts it, this icon is being transformed
for a new electrified era of performance.
While details are still scarce, Dodge
promises this four-door muscle car will deliver even more thrilling power
beyond its already outrageous V8 models. Targeting 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds, the
Charger Daytona Scat Pack will have 670 horsepower.

Ram 1500 REV
Ram is also gearing up to enter the
all-electric pickup truck segment with its upcoming 1500 REV. Set to arrive by
the end of 2024, this will be the first-ever battery electric Ram 1500 pickup.
The 1500 REV
concept model gives us a glimpse at what's to come. It features a sleek,
futuristic design with smooth lines, unlike anything we've seen from Ram so
far. The interior also looks high-tech and modern, with a huge panoramic
display screen.

Chrysler Airflow
Chrysler provided a tantalizing glimpse at its electric future with the Airflow concept SUV. This creatively styled utility vehicle could enter production around 2025 with range-topping performance.Riding on parent
company Stellantis' STLA Medium platform, the Airflow Concept is envisioned as
an ultra-modern luxury people mover. Its flowing, spacious interior design sets
it apart from anything currently available.
From the Airflow
concept and the earlier Chrysler Halcyon interior sketch, it's clear Chrysler
has ultra-luxurious and futuristic electric SUVs and sedans in its sights.

Jeep Recon & Jeep Wagoneer S
Jeep continues trailblazing towards an electric future with two upcoming battery-powered models: the Jeep Recon and Jeep Wagoneer S.The Jeep Recon will embody the brand's
iconic Wrangler design and capability while being fully electric. Jeep says it
will deliver legendary off-road capability that is 100% electric and 100% 4x4.
Meanwhile, the Wagoneer S concept
previews the upcoming luxury-focused electric SUV. The stunning Grand
Wagoneer-inspired exterior houses an incredible modern interior with
leading-edge technology.
